It is possible to create lists with a blank name.

Description

If you create a list and submit the form without entering a title, a list is created with no name. It is then impossible to access this list since there is no name to click on.

This issue is fixed in r1963. I have attached a patch file showing my changes -- the patch should be easily adaptable to fix existing RC2 installations.
