More consistent facet behavior in Summon module.

Description

Summon facet behavior is currently inconsistent with regular VuFind Search facet behavior. Applied facets do not display a checkmark in the Summon module. Facets do not currently change to reflect the limited results -- instead, the facets from the initial search always remain visible. Multiple facet values are OR'ed together instead of narrowing in.

As a first step, we should make the Summon module work like regular VuFind Search for the sake of consistency.

After that, we should look into improving facet behavior in both Summon and standard VuFind Search -- see VUFIND-177 for more details.

As of r2046, Summon facet behavior is consistent with standard VuFind facet behavior. I have added a note to VUFIND-177 regarding Summon so we can include it in thoughts about advanced options.
