Description

To facilitate holds, I have added a "Preferred Library" to the profile page. This is basically a drop down menu which allows users to choose a default library for hold and requests should be sent to.

This could be expanded to include "Preferred Theme" and "Preferred Language" so that user's don't have to change these options.

Such changes would require additional fields in the mysql user table.

The "preferred library" feature was added in r3932, but the theme and language settings remain on the to-do list.

A field for a phone number would be helpful too. We've had a lot of requests from users for us to save/pre-populate the phone field when sending SMS messages. Maybe other info (like e-mail address) should be saved as well for similar uses?
