VuFind was developed with the following software packages in mind:

  *[[http://aspell.net/win32/|GNU Aspell Library]] -- Optional ((As of 1.0RC2, VuFind no longer uses GNU Aspell; you may still wish to install this and its PHP plug-in in case it is used again at some point in the future.))
