Description |
Right now, the Summon interface has a lot of "no image available" thumbnails since most Summon items are not books with ISBNs. Perhaps we should try to use this space for informational icons more along the lines of the Serials Solutions default interface, which indicates material type and full text status here.

As of r3222, bookcover.php has a mechanism that can load images based on Summon content type. To take advantage of this, we just need to load appropriate graphics into the default and classic themes. Images should be in web/interface/themes/[theme_name]/images/[small|medium|large]/ContentType.[png|gif|jpg]. It may still be helpful to further enhance this to display full text status like the native Summon interface... but at least this is a step in the right direction! |

Resolved as of r3247 -- added a mix of original and freely licensed graphics to all of the themes in order to take advantage of the r3222 enhancement for the most common Summon content types. Thanks to David Uspal for help with identifying and developing these images. |
