  * Demian: publish security page. DONE
  * Demian/Mohan: make further progress on documentation updates. ONGOING
  * Mohan: Share example eBook with PMC when ready (for discussion of "supports the project" logo/wording). ONGOING
  * Chris: Finish PR to make accessibility improvements to vufind.org theme. DONE
  * André / Craig: Begin drafting article about PMC development and sustainability. ONGOING
  * Leila / André / Peter: Continue investigating possible applications of AI tools to support the community. ONGOING
  * André / Demian: continue Summit planning activities. ONGOING
  * Chris / Demian: Revise vufind.org footer; continue troubleshooting OpenHub, and remove if no fix can be found. DONE

===== 2. Goal Review =====

This year's goals:

  * Release versions 10.0 and 10.1
  * Hold a VuFind® Summit in Fall, 2024 linked with WOLFcon in some way
  * Develop a documentation maintenance plan - DONE
  * Investigate possible uses of AI for documentation, support, code reviews, etc.
  * Perform literature review in Code4lib Journal/other sources regarding PMC/sustainability; draft and contribute an article if there is a sufficient need/gap.
  * Marketing improvements (review vufind.org accessibility, improve content as needed)

===== 3. Documentation =====

==== Maintenance Plan ====

Demian has established the [[community:documentation_maintenance:popular_pages|popular pages]] list -- please review pages and initial when complete.

Chris is still working on developing the outdated pages report.

==== Page Updates ====

Demian and Mohan should update the DOAJ page and create a NepJol page based on recent experiments.

Work is still pending on the PubMed Central "open data sources" page. Mohan also plans to contribute documentation related to integrating SubjectsPlus (which recently had example XSLT import configs added to the project) and Moodle (which is still being researched).

==== Artificial Intelligence ====

No news.

==== PMC Article ====

André and Craig haven't had time to move this forward yet, but they did recently touch base about it.

==== Website Accessibility and Updates ====

Some style improvements have been made to the vufind.org website (including the wiki). Chris has opened [[https://github.com/vufind-org/vufind/pull/3692|pull request #3692]] to make some of the footer and related changes discussed at last month's meeting. If some PMC members can review/approve it, we should be able to merge it soon.

===== 4. Fundraising =====

Mohan shared a report about his PMC-funded training trip, which all PMC members should have received by email prior to this meeting. He hopes to propose another one for late this year or early next year.

===== 5. WOLFcon / Summit 2024 =====

The WOLFcon schedule is being finalized, and speakers are now being sent acceptance messages.

The Summit call for papers has been extended one more time. Preparations are ongoing.
