=== Zend Framework / Laminas Transition ===

Progress continues on Laminas migration in [[https://github.com/vufind-org/vufind/pull/1537|pull request #1537]]. The migration project continues to run smoothly so far.

=== Raising PHP Requirement ===

PHP 7.1 has reached end of life; Demian proposes raising VuFind's minimum PHP requirement to 7.2 with VuFind 7.0. This will allow us to update some of VuFind's other dependencies more effectively (including some components related to the Laminas transition).

=== Newsletter Highlights ===

The [[community:newsletter:2020-01|January, 2020 Newsletter]] was discussed.

=== WOLFcon Report ===

The first year of VuFind at WOLFcon was discussed (as summarized in the [[community:newsletter:2020-01|January, 2020 Newsletter]]).

=== Accessibility Improvements ===

Some logistics of the accessibility improvement project ([[https://github.com/vufind-org/vufind/pull/1543|pull request #1543]]) were discussed. Claas and Chris are collaborating on the work, and changes will be backported to release-5.1 and then merged forward to release-6.1 and master so that improvements will be available for users of 5.x, 6.x and "bleeding edge" code.
