No news, but with Open Library Foundation membership processes moving forward, a resolution grows nearer.

The Laminas\Db migration may be the subject of a community sprint later this year, to be coordinated on a future Community Call.

Some pull requests have been recently merged intended to allow us to raise the strictness of our PHPStan settings.

==== 2. It Takes a Village Exercise ====

Most of this month's call was devoted to beta-testing one of the exercises from the [[https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/ITAV/ITAViP+Toolkit%3A+Home|It Takes a Village Toolkit]].

The discussion utilized outputs from the previous [[https://docs.google.com/document/d/1cC2j6hbuqzralJQHJksZwOsnMChk8YQIRgmIEFPI1Y4/edit?usp=sharing|Who is Your Community?]] activity, and notes were collected in the [[https://docs.google.com/document/d/1gZq5fiPpRr2FzQN4eadL1RiMoVHV62KXogSGzHEi7X8/edit?usp=sharing|Determine New Forms of Community Engagement]] document.

Key action items:

  * Eoin plans to write up some documentation from his own experience of onboarding new staff (including information on using containers to set up easy dev environments)
  * We will experiment with community sprint planning during the April Community Call (likely with a focus on Doctrine conversion)
  * The PMC will continue to move fundraising efforts forward
  * The next Summit planning process will incorporate ideas related to encouraging inter-institutional collaboration around shared needs

Mario expressed an interest in sharing ixTheo features upstream. We will discuss in more detail on the next call after reviewing options and capabilities.
