Demian has made a few adjustments to the [[https://github.com/vufind-org/vufind/projects/1|GitHub project board]] but still needs to find time to more comprehensively capture the Summit discussions.

Also still on the to-do list, but not done yet: removing all the 1.x documentation from the wiki to prevent confusion.
==== 3. LiveDVD Demo ====

As discussed last week, Mohan's [[https://sourceforge.net/projects/livedvdvufindkohailsdspace/|Live DVD]] combines VuFind with Koha, DSpace and other tools to create an easy-to-use library toolkit. This is targeted to small libraries in developing areas with limited resources. He is hoping to mount a copy of the LiveDVD online so it can be used as a live demo to show the benefits of such a system. The challenge is finding the resources with which to do this.

There was some discussion of the [[https://blog.digitalocean.com/custom-images/|new Digital Ocean feature]] to deploy a .vdi to the cloud -- perhaps adapting the .iso to a .vdi and providing instructions on deploying to Digital Ocean would help some users try out the system. It looks like some of the lower Digital Ocean pricing tiers might be adequate for a demo; perhaps this would be a good project for which to seek grant funding, as a relatively modest grant could support the system for a significant amount of time.

No news, though conversations continue to slowly proceed. Demian will remove this from future agendas until there is something more substantial to discuss.
==== 5. Next Call Date ====

Because of the American Thanksgiving holiday, Demian will be unavailable for the next scheduled call date. The next call will be postponed until December 4.

==== 6. Other Topics? ====

Lionel has tested [[https://github.com/vufind-org/vufind/pull/1253|Ere's sitemap generation pull request]] and found the performance to be good. Ere will finish restoring the terms-based functionality so it can be merged.

Demian is currently working on reviewing the [[https://github.com/vufind-org/vufind/pull/1245|custom feedback form]] and [[https://github.com/vufind-org/vufind/pull/1246|deferred side facets]] pull requests and expects them to be ready soon.
