The Laminas code is now available, and Zend Framework packages are throwing deprecation warnings. Demian has begun experimenting with migration in pull request #1537 and hopes to merge this early in the VuFind 7 development process so that we can keep up to date with critical dependency fixes. So far, the migration is going well, and everything seems to be working in the pull request, but there are a few minor details to clean up. Demian's biggest concern, which he will be researching further, is the ZfcRbac module, a zf-commons component which we use for our permission system, and which does not seem to be under active development at this stage.

A video was recorded covering the basics of customizing VuFind themes; the recording will be shared in the near future.
