Pull Request / JIRA Ticket Review (release 9.1)
Release 9.1 has been scheduled for release on October 30.
The following pull requests are scheduled for inclusion in release 9.1:
#2688 - Announce number of search results in title
#2991 - Add filtering capability to facet list pop-up
#2999 - Get unique html element id from record view helper
Status: changes extracted from
#2874; Demian proposes moving to 10.0 milestone due to inactivity
#3113 - Fix: combined filter dropdown padding and colors
#3129 - Accessible cart update announcements
#3132 - Upgrade to Solr 9.3.0
Status: probably ready to merge; waiting on a little more real-world testing. Ere checked for known issues on the solr-user mailing list and found nothing concerning; since the release came out in July it seems likely to be stable. The PR just needs a Lucene match version update, as Solr/Lucene versions are no longer in sync with one another – Demian will address this.
The following JIRA tickets represent features, fixes and improvements that do not yet have an active PR associated with them:
VUFIND-1599 - FOLIO: improve documentation/error handling around permissions
VUFIND-1604 - Templates: components do not work inside of slots
VUFIND-1607 - Embedded records (in results list) have invalid aria and/or role attributes
VUFIND-1608 - Update language translation files for release 9.1
