1. Development Updates
JIRA Tickets
VUFIND-1245 - This ticket tracks progress on making the AJAX item status functionality more error tolerant (right now, if one item in a batch fails, the whole batch fails).
VUFIND-1246 - This ticket reports a bug in the behavior of the “retain current filters” checkbox; this will be fixed in release 4.1.
VUFIND-1247 - This ticket is a duplicate of
VUFIND-637, requesting user customization features for VuFind.
Pull Requests
#1033 - merged - Bug fix for the loading of stylesheets (not merged as-is, but rather directly corrected in master taking a simpler approach).
#1034 - merged - Bug fix for geographic indexing.
#1035 - merged - Bug fix related to Tideways profiling being inappropriately activated.
#1036 - merged - Configurable password checking for Koha ILS-DI driver.
2. Development Planning
Front End Updates
Pull request #950 has been merged and will be included in release 4.1; this makes AJAX calls trigger when elements become visible, rather than upon page load, to better control speed and server load. Please test and let us know if you encounter problems.
There are still some open pull requests that might go into 4.1 or 5.0 depending on timing.

Registration is still open. We will be using Zoom for online participation, which should allow off-site users to more directly interact than in past years.
