Built-in Development Tools

VuFind® includes several built-in tools useful to developers, which can only be accessed when the system is set to development mode.

To access the tools while in development mode, go to: http://your-vufind-base-url/DevTools/Home.

Tools include:

• A “deminifier” for examining search data stored in the database
• A reference to all available icons in the theme configuration
• A language comparison tool to help identify i18n needs
• A permissions-testing tool (added in release 10.1)
