Ere pointed out that Code of Conduct email address was weird. Demian will update the documentation to use info@vufind.org instead.

Demian announced the documentation survey. We'll leave it open for a month, closing the week of February 6 for discussion at the February PMC meeting.

Demian just shared the latest quarterly vufind.org website usage statistics.

Demian and Mohan continue to collaborate on Koha documentation.

Work is still pending on MeSH, DoAJ, PubMed Central and NepJol “open data sources” pages.

Several PMC members still need to submit signed COI policies; in some cases, there is still institutional discussion underway (hoping for resolution soon, but progress was not made last month due to holidays).

André figured out how to support the translation domains, and a new feature to export with quotes has been added by the platform, which should make exporting work better. André will continue testing.

Several other RSP payments are still pending; Demian will follow up when time permits.

Demian will send application form to Mohan for HealthNet.

Next planned “membership drive” – in tandem with next Summit, which in turn will likely be timed around the next WOLFcon.

Mohan and Demian have continued to discuss future training and documentation development. Mohan has some ideas about using training/documentation for fundraising and would like to discuss possibilities with interested RSPs and PMC members. Demian will schedule a meeting once he knows who wishes to participate; please let him know if you would like to join.

Some other possible items for the future:

• Develop a documentation maintenance plan
• “Good first issue” highlighting
• Outreach to forks for new feature contributions
• Marketing project (better VuFind definition, website improvements, etc.)
• Publication / presentation efforts related to PMC and sustainability
• Look at It Take a Village Toolkit Governance Activities.
• Look at It Take a Village Toolkit Technology Activities.

Demian noticed that David is not a committer on the GitHub project; he will add him (@dmj).
