Since current permission system does not accept extra parameters beyond permission name (and this is by design), Demian suggested that it may be necessary to layer another service on top to figure out which permission is needed for a given record ID, so that permission can be subsequently checked. The Leipzig team will look at Oliver's work to see if it will meet the other aspects of their use case.
