+Proposed immediate changes:
+  * Rename from "Developers Call" to "Community Call" to be more inclusive (you don't have to be a developer to attend). // Already implemented. //
+  * Switch to a monthly schedule, meeting on the first Tuesday of each month.
+  * Instead of including JIRA/pull request reports in every meeting, these will be sent out in a newsletter on the last Tuesday of each month. Selected issues that require discussion can be brought up on the following week's meeting, but this will save a lot of wasted call time.
+  * A recurring feature of future calls will be a tutorial portion, where a topic is discussed in depth and a recording is made for future reference.
+  * Move more technical conversations to the end, to improve value for non-technical attendees.

+Mohan is currently working on the next release of his LiveDVD, which will incorporate Pazpar2. He is running into some problems with Unicode handling in Pazpar2; Demian will make an introduction to IndexData to see if the problem can be resolved.
