+Craig and André have concluded their literature review and determined that an article about the formation of the PMC would usefully fill a gap in the literature about establishing open source governance in the library space. They both agree that publishing in an open access journal is strongly preferable. Their first choice is //Code4lib Journal//, with //Journal of Librarianship and Information Science// and //Journal of Librarianship and Scholarly Communication// as possible alternatives. They will begin the drafting process soon.
